All natural persons residing in Switzerland and Liechtenstein, with the exception of CONCORDIA employees and their immediate family, are eligible to participate. Participation is free of charge. There is no obligation to conclude a contract. Only one registration per person is permitted to the draw. Only contest forms that have been completed correctly will take part in the draw. The winners will be notified personally in writing; otherwise, no correspondence will be conducted with regard to the draw. The drawing of the prize is executed without possibility of recourse to legal action. Exchanges, cash payments and transferring prizes are excluded. If the prize is not collected within the deadline defined by CONCORDIA, entitlement to the prize shall also be forfeited. CONCORDIA reserves the right to deny the prize or to reclaim it in the event of abuse of, misuse of, or breach against the conditions of participation. CONCORDIA is authorised to change the conditions of participation without stating reasons at any time. CONCORDIA does not accept any liability in the event of disclosure of false information or if data entries from the participants are not recognised by the system. By entering the contest, the participants signify their agreement with the conditions of participation and explicitly consent that their data can be used for marketing purposes. In particular, they can receive once a year a letter and be contacted by telephone by an employee of CONCORDIA Insurances Ltd or by a partner centre. By entering the contest, the participants agree to have their name, photo and town of residence published in the event that they win. CONCORDIA undertakes to treat the data collected in connection with the execution of the draw as confidential, and to manage it in accordance with the provisions of the law. Apart from that, CONCORDIA assumes no liability in connection with the execution of the draw and with the management of data. Any and all costs, taxes, or other charges incurred with the prize shall be borne by the winners. The sole place of jurisdiction is Lucerne. Swiss law shall apply.
