Mandatory Health Care Insurance (OKP/MHC) guarantees the necessary insurance protection in case of illness, accident and maternity in Liechtenstein.

The statutory benefits are subject to cost sharing in pursuance of the Health Insurance Act (KVG).

MHC BASIC

Variant of mandatory health care insurance with a limited choice of outpatient benefit providers.

Both the ordinary option MHC BASIC and the extended version MHC PLUS are divided into a basic insurance and a high cost insurance.
