
High level of satisfaction among CONCORDIA customers
CONCORDIA regularly has reasons to rejoice as it receives excellent ratings from its satisfied customers.
A total of 4,500 people from Switzerland's four language regions were questioned as part of the survey. They rated their health insurer and the services it offered according to the following criteria:
- Value for money
- Touchpoints and contact
- Quality and service
- Information and transparency
Online comparison survey moneyland.ch has surveyed customer satisfaction with Swiss health insurance providers. CONCORDIA came in first place! With an overall score of 8, it received a rating of ‘very good’ and is delighted with this top rating.
The survey involved 1,500 people aged between 18 and 74 in German-speaking and French-speaking Switzerland. They rated their health insurance on a scale of 1 (not at all satisfied) to 10 (very satisfied). The following factors were assessed:
- the friendliness of employees
- the availability of customer support
- value-for-money
- flexibility with regards to insurance claims
- time required to handle claims and pay out benefits
- clarity of information provided to customers
- mobile apps
- supplemental health insurance
- overall satisfaction
