
How to change devices
Would you like to confirm your registration for myCONCORDIA with a new device?
- To do this, log into your new device with the same Apple ID (iOS) or Google Account (Android).
- Open the myCONCORDIA app and select “Anmelden” (log in).
- A prompt to activate the new device will then appear.
Have you not activated a cloud backup for the myCONCORDIA app on your previous device? In this case, please proceed as follows:
- Open the myCONCORDIA app on your previous device and log in.
- Open “Mein Profil” (my profile) and then “App-Einstellungen” (app settings).
- Remove the previous device by selecting “App zurücksetzen” (reset app).
- Log in on the new device. A prompt to activate the new device will then appear.
No access to your previous device?
In this case, please contact myCONCORDIA Support. We will then be able to ensure that you are allowed to register a new device.
